Terms

Using Sidekick

• You must be 13 or older.
• Keep your password, recovery code and game key private. You're responsible for what happens with your account.
• Only connect games you own or are allowed to manage.
• Follow Roblox's rules. Don't use Sidekick to harass players, collect personal information or break the law.
• Sidekick is in an early test phase and free for now. It can change, have bugs or be down. We give no guarantee that numbers, grades or AI answers are correct.
• We can close accounts that break these terms.

Your AI key and Discord link

If you connect your own AI key, you pay your AI company directly, under their terms. We store the key encrypted and only use it when you use the AI helper.

Your players' data (data processing agreement)

When you add the Sidekick script to your game, you decide to collect statistics about your players. For that data you are the "controller" and we are your "processor" under the GDPR. We agree to:

1. Only process your players' data to show you statistics and run the features you turn on, and for nothing else.
2. Not store player usernames, only Roblox user IDs, countries and gameplay events, as listed in our privacy policy.
3. Keep the data secure and limit access to people who need it to run Sidekick.
4. Use only the providers listed in the privacy policy (like our host, Netlify), and tell you before adding new ones.
5. Help you answer players who ask to see or delete their data.
6. Tell you without delay if we discover a data breach affecting your game.
7. Delete game statistics after 90 days, and all of your game's data when you delete your account.

You agree to tell your players that your game uses analytics, and to only send data you're allowed to send.

Paid plans

Plus and All In are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Payments are handled by Stripe through its Link service, which sells the subscription to you as the merchant of record, adds any taxes and sends your receipts. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time at link.com (Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription), and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If you live in the EU, you have 14 days to change your mind after you first subscribe; contact us and we'll arrange a refund.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That deletes your account and your game's data.

Law

Belgian law applies.
